CONSTRUCCIONES RUBAU S.A. maintains a policy which gives priority to the use
of new technology in order to improve their contribution to the works of
their customers. A clear example of this is the recycling of the asphaltic
hot bituminous mixes residues from the milling of the road surface.
CONSTRUCCIONES RUBAU S.A. has been the first Spanish company in recycling
these mixes in their plant in Girona. This technique is used regularly in
many European countries and for example, in countries like Belgium, Denmark
and Holland where the recycling is over 50% of the total.
This technique in addition to economic savings allows for an optimum level
of environmental management and the sustainability of the primary materials
