Piscina amb gespa artificial, estany amb difusors, sala de reunions de vidre i una amplia zona de jocs infantils s\u00f3n alguns dels serveis de les zones comuns que han estat dissenyades per proporcionar qualitat de vida als ve\u00efns.<\/p>\n<p>Cal destacar que, en relaci\u00f3 a criteris d\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica, l\u2019edifici compleix amb una qualificaci\u00f3 superior a l\u2019habitual per aquest tipus de projectes. L\u2019habitatge protegit sol tenir una categoria C, mentre que aquest ascendeix a B. Aquesta qualificaci\u00f3 implica estalvi energ\u00e8tic gracies a l\u2019augment de l\u2019a\u00efllament b\u00e0sic i la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 LED en totes les zones comuns i habitatges passants.
