The residential complex includes a landscaped communal area around its perimeter and a shared space between the blocks on the ground floor, conceived as a meeting and social space for future residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From a technical perspective, the project stands out for its high level of energy efficiency, with an A energy rating, and for the incorporation of sustainable solutions such as aerothermal systems for the production of domestic hot water and energy generation through photovoltaic panels on the roof. In addition, eco-efficiency measures have been implemented to optimise energy and water consumption, as well as to improve the thermal and acoustic insulation of the homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project has received European funding through the Next Generation funds, as well as support from the Institut Catal\u00e0 de Finances (ICF), reinforcing its strategic role within social housing policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rubau, part of the solution to the housing challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This development is part of Llogueralia\u2019s and Grupo Rubau\u2019s commitment to promoting affordable housing and driving projects that generate a real impact on the surrounding area.
