The aim is to link developed areas in Calle Motors and Calle Ulldecona and provide service links to the district\u2019s future Parque Central.<\/p>\n<p>The current developed area will be extended with new services: street lighting, sewers, water, sprinklers, gas and telecommunications. Noteworthy is a sustainable drainage system in which rainwater from pavements and roofs is conveyed to flower beds where it is stored and filtered into the ground.
