RUBAU has begun work on the first phase of the innovative residential project \u2018Terra Grata Condominium\u2019 in the city of Dosquebradas in Colombia. The project, with a budget in excess of 3.5 million euros, comprises four 17-storey blocks with a total of 289 apartments.<\/p>\n
The residential complex will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, all with a balcony and private storage room in the basement. Natural light and ventilation have been key considerations in the architectural design. The most innovative part of the development is, however, the exterior area made up of over 10,000 m2<\/sup> of green spaces with a private garden divided into five thematic park areas (Couples\u2019 Park, Reading Park, Music Park, Children\u2019s Park and Dog Park).
