The renovation project was awarded to Rubau through a public tender by Barcelona d&#8217;Infraestructures Municipals (BIMSA). Known for being the headquarters of the former Courts of Barcelona, it is a monumentalistic twentieth-century building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The works have already started and are expected to last for two and a half years. The iconic building will host offices for the Barcelona City Council, with a capacity for approximately 700 people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, RUBAU Group is once again involved in central projects in the city of Barcelona.
