RUBAU-224 VIVIENDAS RIVAS VACIAMADRID
RUBAU made the winning bid in a tender by the Municipal Housing Company of Rivas Vaciamadrid to build a major real estate project in a municipality that is amongst the most committed to providing access to quality public housing.
The building is to house a total of 224 flats, 224 storage rooms, 6 commercial units and a car park with room for 337 parking spaces with direct access to the building, although it could operate independently. The complex consists of a seven-storey block. The block encloses an internal communal area with plans to include a swimming pool, children’s playground and a landscaped area. Access to this private recreational area is via the halls. The ground-floor flats will also have their own private gardens.
The contract is worth over 18 million euros and the project is expected to be completed in 18 months, with the new dwellings available to residents of Rivas early in 2019.
