RUBAU COMPLETES WORK ON 224 SOCIAL HOUSING UNITS FOR THE CITIZENS OF RIVAS VACIAMADRID

This July, CONSTRUCCIONES RUBAU, as part of a Temporary Joint Venture (UTE) with Construcciones Rico, handed over a major real estate project to the Empresa Municipal de la Vivienda de Rivas Vaciamadrid (Rivas Vaciamadrid Municipal Housing Company, EMV) which will benefit the citizens of Rivas, one of the municipalities most committed to providing access to quality public housing. The residential complex consists of a total of 224 homes, 224 storage rooms, 6 commercial premises and a garage with 337 parking spaces which has direct access from the building itself, although it can operate independently. The building forms a seven-storied enclosed block. The interior communal area of the development is equipped with a swimming pool, children’s play area and a garden area. This private recreational space has direct pedestrian access from the communal entrances. In addition, the properties located on the ground floor have private gardens. Together with Rivas Town Council and EMV, with this project RUBAU is helping to guarantee the right to housing, giving the citizens of Rivas access to homes built to high quality standards.
