RUBAU Group has initiated the construction works of Phase 1 of the real estate project by Premier España: Central Park Llevant. This involves the construction of a multi-family building consisting of 100 homes, including exclusive penthouses with large solariums, apartments with spacious balconies, and homes with terraces at the communal area level. The residential complex features storage rooms, parking spaces, and a large communal area with green spaces and a swimming pool. The Central Park Llevant development is located in the heart of the Llevant Sector, Viladecans’ new residential area, very close to the city center.
