RUBAU GROUP has completed the construction of 42 semi-detached homes for the property developer Nozar in El Cañaveral neighborhood, one of the areas with the highest real estate potential in the capital.
The real estate promotion features a carefully designed modern and functional layout, spacious landscaped common areas, and a pool with a sunbathing area, among other exclusive amenities. The townhouses each have 4 bedrooms and have been designed with a focus on maximizing space efficiency, using simple lines in the facade design, with materials, textures, and proportions that harmoniously link the different parts of the building. Regarding the exterior area, the materials used are in line with the predominant ones in the area, always aiming for the durability and quality of the development. Access to each of the homes and the garden area is at street level, providing accessible pathways for people with reduced mobility and ensuring the removal of architectural barriers.
