The Technical Retrofitting Office (OTR) makes its technical and administrative resources available to communities and property owners to process the Next Generation Funds.
Crehabilita, the company driven by Rubau and Contracta, has opened a Technical Retrofitting Office (OTR) in Badia del Vallès to facilitate the procedures and management of Next Generation Funds, aimed at the renovation and retrofitting of homes. This initiative aims to serve the citizens of this town and act as an “agent” for retrofitting.
Crehabilita’s OTR in Badia del Vallès has the technical and administrative staff capable of responding to the needs of property communities and individuals who want to develop projects to renovate and retrofit their properties that have suffered the natural wear and tear over time. Additionally, they want to do so following criteria of energy efficiency and sustainability, which is one of the fundamental objectives of the 2030 Agenda.
The Next Generation European funds have a specific program for the economic and social recovery in residential environments, homes, and neighborhoods. Crehabilita will act as an agent to expedite the processing of procedures.
In addition to financed retrofitting projects by Next Generation, Crehabilita will also offer the possibility of expanding budgets for the installation of exterior elevators with stops on each floor, expanding balconies, and private terraces. This action would address some mobility issues affecting a portion of the housing stock in Badia del Vallès.
