RUBAU GROUP has been selected by the prestigious real state company NEINOR HOMES to build an important residential project in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Volpelleres Homes II.
The residential complex is situated on Pere Calders street, in Volpelleres sector in the Barcelona municipality. It is in a very desirable area which offers many facilities and local services.
The residential complex is on a 3.000 m2 plot and consists of two blocks with two- or three-bedroom dwellings.
The Volpelleres Homes II project has prioritized the size and the layout of the day areas providing each flat with an spacious balcony.
In addition, each apartment enjoys two walls equipped with ample windows and balcony to ensure cross ventilation.
The residential complex will have a children’s play area and a communal pool. It will also boast green areas with herbs and an automatic drip irrigation system installed. It should be noted, as well, that there will be a façade-integrated barbecue in each private terrace.
The construction has already started this January to be completed within 17 months. Thus, the new dwellings are expected to be available in December 2019. This is the first collaboration between RUBAU GROUP and the renowned prestige real state NEINOR HOMES.
