After just over two years since being established by Rubau and Sorigué, NEOVIA, with two significant road maintenance contracts, has already managed to establish itself as a leading company specialized in asphalt services.
Currently, Neovia is carrying out maintenance and strengthening works on 99 roads in the North of Girona. In total, 150,000 m2 of asphalt have been rehabilitated in a road network that required comprehensive action. In this project, promoted by the Girona Provincial Council, discontinuous hot bituminous mixes and continuous semi-hot bituminous mixes have been applied, all manufactured at Neovia’s own plant in Girona.
Another important project currently underway, in this case for the Government of Catalonia, involves road maintenance operations on the Girona-Vidreres-Bianya stretch. This contract addresses the ongoing conservation, maintenance, and continuous improvement needs of roads directly managed by the Government, ensuring the best conditions of safety and functionality at all times.
These have been two years of intense work. Our own asphalt production plant in full operation at Pont Major – Girona, an expert human team, updated machinery, and the latest technological advances have made Neovia’s successful journey possible since its recent establishment at the end of 2021.
