The Barcelona Municipal Board of Housing has awarded Rubau the construction of a real estate complex of 61 residences, shops and parking spaces in CarrerBiosca in the Bon Pastor district. Construction work is expected to last for 24 months.
The 1,767.40 square-metre plot is a rectangle, the longest side of which runs from north to south. It is set on a slight slope running from east to west, the highest point of which is in the most westerly end.
The real-estate complex to be built will have 61 dwellings, six with four bedrooms, 11 with two bedrooms and 44 with three bedrooms, amongst which there will be two adapted dwellings on the first floor. Shops are planned on the ground floor, with a façade on CarrerBiosca and on the large central square. The rest of the complex will feature 5 foyers to the residences and rooms for pneumatic waste collection.
This project is intended to meet the accommodation requirements of different types of families in the Bon Pastor district of Barcelona.
