RUBAU has completed the construction of Manhattan Residential, a development of 66 homes located in Ensanche de Vallecas (Madrid), built for the client PREMIER ESPAÑA S.A.U.
The project, carried out between June 2024 and January 2026, comprises two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments with storage rooms and parking spaces, integrated into a private residential complex designed to provide comfort, functionality and energy efficiency.
Designed by Touza Arquitectos, the development stands out for its elegant, minimalist and contemporary architectural design, aligned with modern lifestyles and the evolving needs of urban living.
The residential complex offers a wide range of communal amenities designed to promote residents’ wellbeing and quality of life, including a saltwater swimming pool, fully equipped gym, multipurpose room, coworking space, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, bicycle parking and smart parcel lockers.
From a technical perspective, the development has achieved an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A and incorporates solutions aimed at maximising energy efficiency as well as thermal and acoustic comfort. These include aerothermal systems, underfloor heating and cooling, high-performance joinery, enhanced thermal insulation and individual mechanical ventilation systems for each dwelling.
In addition, the project incorporates sustainability and sustainable mobility measures, such as pre-installation for electric vehicle charging stations and construction systems designed to reduce energy demand and carbon emissions.
