Yesterday, March 15, 2023, the Industrialized Construction Cluster of Catalonia (CCIC), of which RUBAU is a founding member, was officially presented during the Conference on the Industrialization of Construction that took place in Martorell.
The CCIC was born from the need to order an entire emerging sector that arises from the intersection of traditional construction and all its actors, with the new construction, where the industry plays a great role that becomes evident both in relation to the components for the construction, linked to traditional construction, as with the industry that “builds” or manufactures constructive solutions, parallel, complementary or divergent from what is built today.
The CCIC has wanted to bring together the entire value chain that provides solutions for what will be the construction of the future: mainly industrialized, sustainable, digitized and with a new way of focusing and understanding the needs of society.
