RUBAU GROUP has completed the construction of 42 semi-detached homes for the property developer Nozar in El Cañaveral neighborhood, one of the areas with the highest real estate potential in the capital.
The real estate promotion features a carefully designed modern and functional layout, spacious landscaped common areas, and a pool with a sunbathing area, among other exclusive amenities. The townhouses each have 4 bedrooms and have been designed with a focus on maximizing space efficiency, using simple lines in the facade design, with materials, textures, and proportions that harmoniously link the different parts of the building.
