RUBAU has begun work on the first phase of the innovative residential project ‘Terra Grata Condominium’ in the city of Dosquebradas in Colombia. The project, with a budget in excess of 3.5 million euros, comprises four 17-storey blocks with a total of 289 apartments.
The residential complex will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, all with a balcony and private storage room in the basement. Natural light and ventilation have been key considerations in the architectural design. The most innovative part of the development is, however, the exterior area made up of over 10,000 m2 of green spaces with a private garden divided into five thematic park areas (Couples’ Park, Reading Park, Music Park, Children’s Park and Dog Park). There will also be an open-air gym, a covered gym, social hall, adults’ and children’s swimming pool and a barbeque area.
This project represents a new era in the development of residential property solutions in Colombia, and its construction has been entrusted to the extensive professional experience of RUBAU Group.
