Peru

Construcciones Rubau S.A., Sucursal Perú was established in 2013 when it participated in the construction of the Paccoccocha dam and raising the level of the Pampahuasi dam in the Chumbao irrigation project, with a budget of around 4.8 million euros.

In 2014, it was awarded the project for periodic maintenance of road surfaces at Capitán FAP Pedro Canga Rodríguez Airport in Tumbes, and in 2015 it was commissioned to undertake its second hydraulic project—the installation of the water service in the irrigation system in the towns of Yanquihua, Charco and Vallecito in the district of Yanaquihua, in the province of Condesuyos–Arequipa.

However, it was not until June 2016, when it was awarded the project to restore and upgrade the road surfaces at Jauja Airport, that expectations for doing business in the country were met. This project, which was awarded for a sum of approximately 4 million euros, involves the restoration of the asphalt surface to improve service and security conditions. The works will enable large aircraft to use the airport, providing an air link between the towns in the Mantaro region with the country’s coast, increasing tourism in the region and boosting the local economy.

Today, Construcciones Rubau S.A., Sucursal Perú is submitting tenders to various institutions all over Peru, in order to continue contributing to the country’s economic and social development.
