ConstruccionesRubau has been selected by the developer LCN de Inversiones to carry out a new-build property development project.
The project involves a block of 45 flats, 3 commercial premises, communal area and parking, located in the 3A plot of the residential area of La Remunta in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. A freestanding building with its façade on Carrer Josep Tarradellas is to be built, with two underground levels, ground floor, 9 upper floors and a rooftop level for technical use. The building will be in line with the geometic design of the La Remunta strategic residential area, comprising a 13-metre-wide linear block in the northern side of the plot, leaving the southern strip of land open above ground as a communal area.
Heading the project are the archictects from the highly renowned ARATA ISOZAKI architectural firm (responsible for such projects as Palau Sant Jordi or CaixaForum) in collaboration with SOB Arquitectos.
