Rubau has completed the construction works of the Célere Acacia development, a residential complex comprising 102 homes located in Dos Hermanas (Seville), developed for Vía Célere.
The project involved the construction of a residential building offering 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, as well as parking spaces and storage units, resulting in a modern and functional complex tailored to current market needs.
The development incorporates solutions focused on energy efficiency and user comfort, including a domestic hot water system powered by aerothermal energy and an energy rating of B, helping to reduce both energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.
In addition, the complex features extensive communal areas and exclusive amenities for residents, such as a swimming pool, gym, social room, children’s play areas and landscaped gardens, enhancing the quality of life for future occupants.
With this project, Rubau continues to strengthen its position in the residential construction sector, delivering developments that combine construction quality, innovation and sustainability.
