RUBAU has been awarded the real estate project of Ensanche de Vallecas promoted by Premier: Residencial Manhattan, a residential project located at the intersection of Arte Figurativo street with Gran Vía avenue, in the Metro Valdecarros area and close to the La Gavia shopping center. The complex will have 66 homes in two blocks, equipped with the best systems to ensure energy savings, with an energy rating of A, and the necessary technology for each home to have a home automation module.
The project stands out for its minimalist and avant-garde design, created by the prestigious firm Touza Arquitectos, as well as its large entertainment spaces with a children’s area, swimming pool with saline purification system, equipped gym, bicycle parking, and free electronic locker service.
