RUBAU_Nou Eixample Mar.
AEDAS HOMES, the benchmark real estate company in the new era of the housing market in Spain, has trusted RUBAU GROUP to construct the important residential complex Nou Eixample Mar in Vilanova i la Geltrú.
The project is made up of two free standing blocks with a total of 88 apartments of different types and a large variety in their square meterage. There are also 4 commercial spaces and 290 parking spots. The complex can be found where the former Pirelli factory once was, only 200 meters from the beach and the port. The seaside aspect of the neighborhood is reflected in the construction of the wide balconies and terraces that help to give panoramic views to the sea and inland. Additionally, in the shared area there will be an amazing infinity pool with views across to the sea as well as an exceptional solarium, garden areas and bike racks.
To show RUBAU’s commitment to this contract, the construction was started immediately after it was obtained this September. This is the first collaboration between RUBAU GROUP and AEDAS HOMES, one of the real estate firms with the most promising future.
